General Policy
Challenge purchases are generally non-refundable once a challenge account has been issued or the evaluation has started.

Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made in error, the user may contact support for review. Verified duplicate transactions may qualify for a refund or account credit.

Technical Errors
If a verified technical issue on the platform prevents proper account access or challenge delivery, the case may be reviewed for a refund, replacement, or account reset at our discretion.

Rule Violations
Accounts that fail due to trading losses, drawdown breaches, rule violations, or user error are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so issues can be reviewed and resolved directly where possible.

Fee Refunded on Payout
When you pass a challenge, your original challenge fee is automatically refunded with your first funded payout. This is separate from the policy above — it's a built-in reward for passing, not a discretionary refund.
