Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as name, email address, account details, trading data, support messages, and payment-related metadata.

KYC and Identity Verification
To pay funded traders and to meet our anti-money-laundering obligations, we collect and verify government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie holding the ID at the point you request a payout. KYC data is stored encrypted in our identity vault, is available only to the small operations and compliance team, and is retained for the period required by UK AML rules (currently five years after the account closes).

How We Use Information
We use collected data to create and manage accounts, process evaluations, review payouts, improve the platform, communicate with users, and maintain platform security.

Trading and Platform Data
We may store account metrics, trade history, equity history, and evaluation results for operational, analytical, and compliance purposes.

Synthetic Tick Records
Every synthetic price tick generated by our engine is persisted to our Supabase database with symbol, bid, ask, mid, and millisecond timestamp. Tick data is not tied to any trader identity — it is a public per-symbol time series. We retain tick data for a minimum of seven years so that any trade can be reconstructed against the tick record.

Where Your Data Lives
Account credentials and email/password auth are held in Firebase (Google Cloud). Trading state, KYC records, synthetic tick history, and platform events are held in Supabase (Postgres). Payment metadata is held by Finivix (our merchant of record) and the payment processor they route to. All three providers are contractually bound to the same confidentiality and security standards we apply ourselves.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers involved in hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, or compliance support.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect user data, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve platform functionality, measure traffic, and understand how users interact with the site.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tfcfunder.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days. Note that KYC and transaction records that we are required by law to retain cannot be deleted before the statutory retention period expires.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised version.
